Returns & Exchanges

Once you receive your order if you have any concerns or are not completely satisfied, please notify me within 2 business days of receiving your item or items so that we can make arrangements to correct any problems. Each item is handmade so there will be individual differences between pieces. I do my best to take clear and unfiltered photos, I also provide a detailed description of each product.

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read the description of each piece thoroughly before ordering. No refunds will be given for customized, personalized or otherwise altered items due to their individualized nature. Please be sure to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have before purchasing.

If a refund is requested, please return the item within 7 business days of receipt. Refunds will be made to the purchasers' PayPal address or credit card used at purchase, upon receipt of the item. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in a refund loss or merchandise credit.

For your protection, please pack your return item securely and return your order with an insured track-able courier and retain your receipt. Burnt Ginger Studios is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned, exchanged or damaged items. We are unable to accept returns of worn or damaged items and reserve the sole right to determine if an item has been returned in it's original condition.
